PRECISION COMMAND ACADEMY

YOUR TRAINING AND SAFETY PROGRAMS, BUILT AND TAUGHT BY PUBLIC SAFETY AND MILITARY PROFESSIONALS.

Every Precision Command trainer, evaluator and consultant is a certified public safety, military or first responder professional. Our leadership are command-level public safety executives. We create your safety and training programs, standards and records in-house, built for your operation and built to scale.

THE CADRE

Precision Command delivers its material only through certified public safety, military and first responder trainers, current and retired. It is a requirement for every trainer, evaluator and consultant we engage. Our instructional standards are modeled on how police officers, soldiers and first responders are trained, in professions where a training failure is not a revenue problem but a fatality or a lawsuit, and adapted for private-sector field service operations.

A written standard for every skill, and the discipline to evaluate against it.

Documentation that survives scrutiny: the record is built as the training happens.

Accountability: a named, certified person signs every sign-off.

Field experience: the cadre trains from real public safety and military practice, not borrowed theory. Our leadership has commanded high-liability public safety operations.

When a training record is challenged, the first question is who trained the employee. The second is who trained the trainer.

WHAT YOU HAVE AT COMPLETION

You do not end up with a set of certificates. You end up with a trained team that can build and deliver training to a written standard, and the first training products already built for your own operations.

A team that builds.

Lesson plans, standards, and evaluation instruments built from your own operations.

A team that delivers and certifies.

Instructors and evaluators who can certify new people from inside your company.

A team that manages. (Package 2)

Safety and training leaders who run both functions as permanent, documented programs.

SAFETY ACTIVITY IS NOT A SAFETY PROGRAM.

Toolbox talks and a binder are activity. A program is a named, trained leader, written standards, scheduled inspections, trained and certified people, incident review and records. Habits cannot be audited, defended or improved. A managed program can be all three.

Businesses with a documented program are tremendously safer. Crews know the standard. Equipment gets inspected before it fails. New hires are released to the field because a qualified trainer documented that they are ready, not because someone had a feeling. And when an incident, an OSHA visit, an insurance review or a claim arrives, the record shows what the company did to prevent it.

Documented safety program

Written standards and a named, accountable leader.

Safety training

Every role trained to a written standard, with a record per employee.

Inspections

Scheduled, signed, with corrective action tracked to closure.

Field training

Structured phases, daily documentation, a named signature on the release decision.

Equipment training and qualification

Know who is trained and qualified on which equipment and vehicles, and prove it with current, dated records.

Qualification records

Current, dated, and kept in a file built to be produced in an audit, a claim or an insurance review.

Training reduces exposure and makes your operation measurably safer. It does not guarantee any legal, insurance or regulatory outcome.
