AFTER THE AUDIT

PRESCRIPTIONS, NOT A MENU

The P.A.C.E. Audit is the front door. Every service below is a prescription — deployed based on what the findings reveal, not what looks good on a brochure. Audits, independent evaluations and inspections tell you where you stand. Command systems fix it. Everything is built in-house for your operation and built to scale.

SERVICE 01FLAGSHIP

Precision Audit of Command and Exposure

Executed by our Forensic Exposure Auditors. A five-point paid discovery process that delivers a complete snapshot of your legal and operational exposure.

Command & Administrative Forensics

Who is actually in charge of what, plus a deep review of your handbook, discipline records, onboarding and training files, and management protocols for permissive language and liability triggers that plaintiff attorneys weaponize.

Insurance Policy Exclusions

Line-by-line audit of your commercial policies to identify coverage gaps, exclusions, and underwriting vulnerabilities before a claim exposes them.

FLSA Wage & Classification Compliance

Forensic review of payroll data, classification decisions, and overtime practices to identify federal wage and hour exposure.

Fleet Rigor Assessment

Pre-trip inspection logs, driver qualification files, and maintenance records evaluated against DOT and negligent entrustment standards.

Safety & Training Records

Written safety program, training records, equipment qualification files, and incident documentation reviewed against OSHA standards and the training negligence exposure they create.

Every audit includes the Precision Action Plan™: a complete plan to remedy everything we find.

REQUEST YOUR P.A.C.E. AUDIT
SERVICE 02INDEPENDENT

EXECUTED BY CREDENTIALED PUBLIC SAFETY AND MILITARY PROFESSIONALS, INDEPENDENT OF YOUR MANAGEMENT CHAIN

INDEPENDENT EVALUATIONS & INSPECTIONS

A record is only as credible as the person who made it.

Our evaluators and inspectors are not on your payroll, they have no stake in the result, and they sign what they find.

3rd-Party Driver Evaluations

Objective, independent evaluations of your drivers by credentialed public safety driving instructors, scored against a written standard on observable behavior. Each evaluation produces a time-stamped Driver Evaluation Record, signed by the evaluator, delivered to you and, at your direction, to your legal counsel and your carrier.

  • Scored on observable driving behavior against a written standard
  • Evidence drawn from road observation, motor vehicle records, telematics and ride-along records where available
  • Signed, time-stamped Driver Evaluation Record for every driver
  • Delivered to legal counsel and insurance carriers at your direction
  • Builds a documented, defensible record against negligent-entrustment claims

Annual Driver Re-Evaluation

Each driver is re-evaluated every year so your record stays current and your exposure stays low.

A driver evaluation documents performance on the day of the evaluation. It is not a CDL skills test, a license or a guarantee of future driving.

REQUEST INFORMATION

Independent Jobsite, Safety & Facility Inspections

Independent inspections of your jobsites, shops, yards, vehicles and facilities against your written standards and the OSHA requirements that apply to your work. Every inspection produces a photo-documented written report and a corrective-action list, with follow-up verification that each item was closed.

  • Jobsites, shops, yards, equipment, vehicles and facilities
  • Photo-documented written report, signed by the inspector
  • Prioritized corrective-action list, tracked to closure
  • One-time, quarterly, pre-renewal or pre-sale
  • Available inside Command Watch

Inspections record observable conditions at the time of the visit. They do not certify compliance, replace your own inspections or constitute legal advice.

SERVICE 03SYSTEMS

DEPLOYED BY THE PILLAR. PRESCRIBED BY THE AUDIT.

COMMAND SYSTEMS & POLICY ARCHITECTURE

Systems designed to minimize exposure, negligence claims, and proactively limit your liability.

The P.A.C.E. Audit tells us where you bleed. These deployments stop it. Start with the Foundation, then add only the lanes your findings call for, or deploy everything as Full Command.

Deployments start at $9,997. Full Command from $57,997.

Scope and investment are set by your audit findings. Each deployment is a fixed-scope installation, built in-house for your operation and built to scale across every crew and every branch. Full Command deployments are limited each quarter.

THE FOUNDATION

Org Command

For the enterprise where everything still runs through the owner's phone.

Public safety agencies survive leadership change because the structure outlives the people in it. Org Command builds that structure for your business: who is in charge, of what, with what authority, and who steps in when they are out.

  • Organizational chart and written chain of command, by branch
  • Span-of-control review
  • Role and responsibility matrix for every position
  • Decision-rights matrix (what requires the owner, what does not)
  • Absence and succession protocol
  • Policy hierarchy and numbering
  • Multi-branch structure and reporting lines
Closes: Negligent supervision, undefined authority, owner dependency.Deploys in: 2–3 weeks
PILLAR 01

Fleet Command

For the enterprise whose exposure rides on four wheels.

  • Driver Qualification Files built for every operator, before the first key turn
  • Pre-trip inspection workflows, time-stamped and driver-signed
  • Binary vehicle use policy: signed, dated, filed
  • Moving-violation Early Warning System with documented 72-hour reviews
  • 3rd-party driver evaluations, delivered to your carrier and counsel at your direction
  • Annual driver re-evaluation protocol installed
Closes: Negligent entrustment; DOT and FMCSA exposure where they apply.Deploys in: 30–45 days
PILLAR 02

Policy & Personnel Command

For the enterprise running on an unsigned handbook and verbal warnings.

  • Linguistic purge: permissive language removed from every policy
  • Binary General Orders: signed, dated, filed, enforced
  • Progressive Discipline Matrix: same violation, same consequence, every time
  • Complaint investigation protocol with a 24-hour written-file standard
  • Early Intervention rules that flag patterns before the EEOC does
  • Hiring and onboarding standards, with evaluations and employee action plans
Closes: Wage-and-hour exposure, EEOC and wrongful-termination claims, permissive culture on the record.Deploys in: 30–45 days
PILLAR 03

Safety Command

For the enterprise with safety activity but no safety program.

A toolbox talk and a binder are activity. A program is a named leader, written standards, scheduled inspections, incident review and records. Businesses with a documented program are tremendously safer.
  • Written safety program: needs assessment, written standards and a named, accountable safety leader
  • Hazard programs matched to your trades: fall protection, heat illness prevention, electrical and lockout, trenching, tree and power-line work
  • Documented inspections on a set cadence, with corrective action tracked to closure
  • Incident and near-miss review protocol
  • Records and metrics that show the program works, built to be produced in an audit, a claim or an insurance review
Closes: OSHA citations, workers' compensation losses, negligent supervision.Deploys in: 30–45 days
PILLAR 04

Training Command

For the enterprise still training by ride-with-Danny for a week.

  • Training needs assessment and a role-based training matrix
  • 4-phase Field Training Operator (FTO) pipeline with competency gateways
  • Daily Observation Reports, the documentation juries respect
  • Pass/fail solo-release decision, signed and filed
  • Equipment training and qualifications: who is qualified on what, documented and current
  • Instructor certification chain, so every trainer is a certified trainer
  • Training records and annual refresh
Closes: Training negligence, who trained the trainer, unqualified operators on equipment.Deploys in: 30–45 days

Training Command installs your training program. The Precision Command Academy certifies your people.

ALL FIVE. ONE DEPLOYMENT.

Full Command — The Precision Command System™

Individual deployments stop the bleeding in one lane. Full Command is where the architecture comes alive: cross-pillar enforcement that no standalone module can execute. When everything deploys together, a single event moves through the entire command structure automatically. A moving violation triggers the Early Warning System, generates the documented review, assigns remedial training through the FTO pipeline, and files the disciplinary record. One incident. One unbroken paper trail. Far fewer gaps for a plaintiff attorney to exploit. Full Command deployments are limited each quarter.

Includes: Org Command, Fleet Command, Policy & Personnel Command, Safety Command and Training Command, plus 90 days of Command Watch.

ONGOING

STAY COMMAND-READY.

A system that is not inspected drifts. Command Watch keeps the record current with quarterly independent inspections, record spot-checks, driver re-evaluation scheduling, policy updates and incident support.

SERVICE 04COACHING

COACHING FOR OWNERS AND CEOs

O.P.T.I.C.S.™

Operational Pivot Towards Independent Command Systems

If every decision still runs through you, you do not have a leadership team. You have a bottleneck. O.P.T.I.C.S. is Gerard Olbek's coaching program for owners and CEOs. It builds a ladder of leaders beneath you, moves responsibilities off your desk and onto named leaders, and coaches those leaders until they carry them.

1. Maps the bottleneck.

Every decision and task that currently routes through you, written down.

2. Builds the leader ladder.

Tiers of leadership, each with written responsibilities and clear limits on authority.

3. Transfers responsibilities in writing.

On a schedule, each with an owner, a standard and a check-in.

4. Coaches the leaders stepping up.

Command presence, communication and decisions within clear boundaries.

5. Tests under load.

You step away in stages, and we note what still comes back to you.

6. Locks it in.

A rhythm of reviews and a succession bench, so it holds when you are not in the room.

Org Command writes down the structure. O.P.T.I.C.S. builds the leaders who run it.

Who it is for: Owners and CEOs of field service companies with 20 or more employees where the owner is the bottleneck.

Format: A six-month coaching program for the owner and the leaders being developed, led by Gerard Olbek, a former Deputy Chief of Police.

Precision Command Academy credentials are company-internal credentials. They are not state, government, CDL or licensing credentials. Documented programs make you tremendously safer. They do not guarantee any legal, insurance or regulatory outcome. Audits, evaluations and inspections document conditions observed at the time and are not legal advice, a compliance determination or an insurance product.
