THE P.A.C.E. AUDIT™ · PRECISION AUDIT OF COMMAND AND EXPOSURE

$4,997 Flat Fee

14–21 Days · No retainer. $2,500 credited toward any deployment signed within 30 days.

YOU CAN PAY $4,997 TO FIND YOUR EXPOSURE.

OR LEARN IT FROM OPPOSING COUNSEL.

The P.A.C.E. Audit (also written PACE Audit) is a five-point paid discovery process that delivers a complete snapshot of your enterprise's legal and operational exposure, before opposing counsel builds it for you. And it does not stop at the problems. It includes a Precision Action Plan: a complete plan to remedy every finding.

For scale: the average workers' compensation claim from a motor-vehicle crash costs $93,105 (National Safety Council, NCCI data, 2023–2024).

THE FIVE SURGICAL STRIKES

FIVE AREAS. ONE COMPLETE PICTURE.

Every P.A.C.E. Audit covers five exposure areas. Each one is reviewed against the standard that applies in a lawsuit, an OSHA inspection, or a DOT audit — not the standard that looks good in a binder.

01

Command & Administrative Forensics

Who is actually in charge of what, plus a deep review of your handbook, discipline records, onboarding and training files, and management protocols for permissive language and liability triggers that plaintiff attorneys weaponize.

Standard: FLSA, NLRA, at-will employment doctrine, negligent supervision

02

Insurance Policy Exclusions

Line-by-line review of your commercial general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella policies to identify coverage gaps, exclusions, and underwriting vulnerabilities before a claim exposes them.

Standard: Policy language, exclusion schedules, underwriting requirements

03

FLSA Wage & Classification Compliance

Forensic review of payroll data, classification decisions, and overtime practices to identify federal wage and hour exposure. Misclassification and overtime violations are among the most common sources of collective action litigation in field service companies.

Standard: FLSA, DOL enforcement priorities, classification tests

04

Fleet Rigor Assessment

Pre-trip inspection logs, driver qualification files, and maintenance records evaluated against DOT and negligent entrustment standards. A missing or incomplete DQ file is the single most common documentation failure in commercial fleet litigation.

Standard: FMCSA DQ file requirements, negligent entrustment doctrine, DOT inspection standards

05

Safety & Training Documentation

Written safety program, training records, inspection logs, and incident documentation reviewed against OSHA standards. Includes review of whether a named, qualified safety leader is documented.

Standard: OSHA 1910/1926, General Duty Clause, ANSI Z133, NFPA 70E

THE PRECISION ACTION PLAN™

EVERY FINDING COMES WITH ITS FIX.

Most audits hand you a list of problems. The P.A.C.E. Audit hands you the plan, also called a corrective action plan. The Precision Action Plan covers the remedy for every finding, so you are never left asking now what?

Every finding paired with its remedy.

What to fix, written plainly.

Priority and sequence.

What to do first and what can wait, mapped to Days 1 to 90.

An owner for each fix.

The role responsible, named in the plan.

The documents to build.

The policies, forms and logs each fix requires.

The training needed.

Who must be trained, on what, to what standard.

The record each fix creates.

So progress is documented as it happens.

The Precision Action Plan also shows which Precision Command deployment closes each gap, and what it would take to close it yourself.

Carry it out with Precision Command, with your own team, or with your attorney. The plan is yours either way.

HOW IT WORKS

THREE STEPS. 14–21 DAYS.

01

Intake

You submit the P.A.C.E. Audit intake form. We review it and schedule your initial discovery call within one business day. No sales process. No proposal. A direct conversation about what we will review and what you will receive.

02

Fieldwork

Our auditors conduct the five-point review — administrative records, insurance policies, payroll data, fleet documentation, and safety and training records. At your request, fieldwork can be coordinated through and directed by your legal counsel, with all findings delivered to the attorney of record.

03

Debrief

We deliver your Precision Action Plan and walk you through every finding on a direct debrief call. You leave knowing exactly where you are exposed and exactly what to do about it. If you deploy within 30 days, $2,500 of your audit fee is credited toward the deployment.

THIS AUDIT IS FOR YOU IF:

You operate 20 or more employees with commercial vehicles, equipment, or crews in the field

You have never had a third party forensically review your operational exposure

Your insurance broker, defense attorney, or M&A advisor referred you here

You are preparing for an exit and need to clean up your documentation

You have had a near-miss, a claim, or a complaint and want to know what else is hiding

THIS AUDIT IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

✕

You have fewer than 20 employees — start with the free Scorecard instead

✕

You are looking for a rubber-stamp compliance certificate to hang on the wall

✕

You are not prepared to act on what we find

✕

You believe verbal culture and informal management are adequate risk controls

THE CHARTER CASE-FILE PROGRAM

Two slots per industry. First come, first served.

We are building our library of real case files in five industries: landscaping, HVAC, roofing, restoration and tree service. Two charter slots per industry. Charter operators receive the complete audit package — the five-point audit, the Precision Action Plan, the Command Template Vault (five pre-built documents in mandatory language), a carrier-ready exposure summary and 30 days of direct command line — at $2,497 instead of $4,997. In return, you agree to a documented case file and a reference call, both with your written consent and with your name and details withheld unless you approve otherwise. Charter pricing does not include the $2,500 deployment credit. When an industry's two slots are filled, the charter rate is retired for that industry.
